I have authorized my copy of Tracktion, but it is not staying unlocked! What do I do?

    I bought a copy of T5 in 2014

    It's on a broken PC

    I have a new PC win10

    I transferred the T5 file and installation, but it will not acknowledge me as the owner

    I changed my email address since.

    Signed as  a new account, but no help
